Programs We Sponsor

Friends of the Library has started several exciting programs, including:

• Wi-Fi Hot Spot - You can connect your own computer to the internet
• Book Rentals - Read the latest best sellers
• DVD Rentals - Watch a good movie or an instructional video
• Summer Reading - Get young people interested in reading
• Great Books List - If you are looking for something good to read

In addition to these programs, the Friends of the Library are considering starting the following new programs:

• Adopt a Shelf - Keep the shelves neat and orderly
• Endowment Program - Be a generous patron
• Remembrance Gifts - Memorialize a friend or loved one
• Give a Kid a Book - Christmas gift books for poor kids
• Homebound Program - Do you love to read but can no longer get to the Library?
• Foreign Language Program - When English is not enough
• Cultural Tours - Experience literature in person
